5 Stars – Outstanding Service and Care! I can’t say enough good things about this auto body shop. After my car was involved in a hit and run, I was overwhelmed and unsure of what to do next. From the moment I contacted them, the customer service was absolutely top-notch. They treated me with empathy, professionalism, and went above and beyond to help me get back on the road. What truly stood out was how one of the team members came in on their day off just to help me get set up with a rental car. That level of dedication is rare and deeply appreciated. By far the worst experience. They are dishonest and scammers. They didn’t repair the initial damages then damaged the side of our Slingshot and dented the frame. The city had to get involved and found them guilty. Pathetic that businesses like this are still in business. City should shut them down. They claim they own part of our business but never bought into our business 😂 Professional Scammers & the owner got arrested and is doing prison time because of scamming. Save yourself a headache and do not bring your car to this location. They’ll try to charge you storage fees even after never fixing your vehicle. These photos are when I recovered the vehicle after 2 years by the way.

I had an excellent experience with VMA Auto Collision. Their service was incredibly fast and efficient, and the quality of work was outstanding. The staff was professional, friendly, and made sure to keep me updated throughout the entire process. My car looks as good as new! I highly recommend VMA for anyone in need of auto collision repairs.

My experience was amazing. If you are looking for somewhere to have your car fix this is the place to go. They took care of me from beginning to end made sure that I had a rental to get back and forth from while my car was at there shop. They were transparent and the work that they did to my car is amazing. I feel like I just left the dealership when I went to pick up my car. Thank you VMA. I really appreciate you guys.
